Requirements
1. Be 14-20 years old.
2. Good moral character
3. Maintain good grades.
4. Attend monthly meetings.
5. Pass a background check.
6. Pass oral interview.

Meetings
The 2nd and 4th Monday evening of every month from 5-7pm at the Round Lake Beach Police Dept.

Applicants do not have to reside in Round Lake Beach to become members. The Explorer Post will use scenario based training, classroom sessions, and RLBPD police events to train explorers. Uniforms will be provided by RLBPD. The goal of the Explorer Post is to prepare Explorers for a career in Law enforcement. Download the application Click Here available in pdf format.
